Private-Sector Prescription e-Learning
Ashtons Hospital Pharmacy Services, a private-sector pharmacy company, have commissioned a customised version of the Learning Industries’ Prescribing and Administration e-Learning package.
Ashtons are a specialist provider of pharmacy services; supplying independent hospitals and clinics across the UK. Ashtons act as an outsourced pharmacy department; providing clinical pharmacy services, medication supplies, documentation systems, and training and advice on medication management.
Learning Industries are working with Ashtons to produce a customised version of the Prescribing and Administration e-Learning package; adapted to the requirements of the company and their private-sector heath care clients. The e-learning package is being adapted to reflect the Ashtons’ pharmacy documentation system and for delivery within the context of a variety of independent hospital services.
The package will be delivered as part of Ashtons’ core service, enabling the company to support their clients in delivering high quality, specialist pharmacy education and training to their staff.
