Safeguarding e-Learning Packages
Our Safeguarding e-learning packages cover child protection, vulnerable adult protection, domestic abuse and the Mental Health Act. These package raise awareness of these important issues, define staff responsibilities when issues have been identified and detail alerting and referral procedures.
Nutritional Screening and Food Record e-Learning
An e-learning module providing training for healthcare staff in nutritional screening, appropriate support for the nutritional welfare of patients at risk of malnutrition and the use of food record charts to record and monitor food intake.
Dignity and Respect e-Learning
An e-learning module providing training to ensure that clinical and administrative staff understand the importance of dignity within the provision of quality healthcare, are aware of the aspects of dignity and are able to improve the level of dignity with all aspects of their care provision.
Safeguarding Children Level 1 e-Learning
An e-learning module providing an introduction safeguarding children; including, the legislation, principles and procedures for working with children and families; types and indicators of abuse; and the responsibility of staff in disclosing and referring abuse and neglect.
Safeguarding Children Level 2 e-Learning
An e-learning module providing training for profession healthcare workers in safeguard the needs and welfare of children; enabling them to recognise child maltreatment and abuse and to take the necessary action to refer and communicate their concerns.
Protection of Vulnerable Adults e-Learning
An e-learning module providing training on the protection of vulnerable adults for public-facing staff within public, private and voluntary sector organisations; including an awareness of adult abuse; types and indicators of abuse; and roles and responsibilities in reporting the suspicion or disclosure of abuse.
Domestic Abuse e-learning
An e-learning module for all staff working within the housing, health and social care sectors, providing an awareness of domestic abuse and violence, guidance on the procedures for alerting and reporting incidents of abuse and details of support services for people suffering domestic abuse
Mental Capacity Act e-Learning
An e-learning module providing training to health and social care staff on the requirements and implications of the Mental Capacity Act; covering the principles of the Act, assessing capacity, decision makers, determining best interests and advance decisions refusing treatment.
