Our health and social care Induction e-learning package assists in the delivery of induction training by providing essential information on a wide range of key topics for all new employees.
The package consists a large number of short e-learning modules which can be mixed-and-matched to meet local requirements, offering an effective method of delivering the high volume of information required for new members of staff.
The modules are designed to be used as part of a blended induction programme; enabling face-to-face sessions to be used more effectively, whilst reducing overall contact time.
