Preventing Money Laundering

Learning Industries have been commissioned by a leading finance company to develop an e-learning module to deliver mandatory training to staff on the subject of money laundering.
Financial services companies need to implement stringent policies and procedures to reduce the risk of money laundering being conducted through their operations. There are statutory requirements covering Money Laundering, including the need to train staff in money laundering prevention and to ensure that skills and knowledge are kept up to date.
The Preventing Money Laundering e-Learning module will introduce the topic of money laundering; highlight the consequences of money laundering; describe corporate and individual staff responsibilities; and provide instruction on the implementation of policies and procedures throughout the company.
The e-learning module will be supported by Learning Industries e-Learning Administration system, to provide user management, progress tracking and assessment facilities. This system will enable the company to monitor the delivery of the training and to measure and report compliance with training requirements for individuals, departments or for the company as a whole.
