NHS Wales Information Governance
Learning Industries have been selected to develop an e-learning package on Information Governance for NHS Wales.
The Information Governance e-Learning package will be developed in association with Informing Healthcare and the All Wales Information Governance Managers Group to provide training to NHS staff involved in the use and management of healthcare information.
The package will cover a range of key topics including:
- Data Protection
- Information Security
- Records Management
- Duty of Confidence
- Human Rights Act
- Caldicott Report
- Disclosing and Sharing Information
The package will be delivered to all NHS Wales staff, via the new NHS Wales Learning Academy portal. The e-learning content will be packaged using a SCORM compliant architecture, for integration into the Moodle Learning Management System. Learning Industries will also work closely with technical staff from Health Solutions Wales to advise on the installation and implementation of the completed packages.
