Corporate Induction for North West Wales
Following the completion of a detailed user evaluation study, North West Wales NHS Trust has now purchased the NHS Wales Corporate Induction e-Learning Package, produced by Learning Industries Limited.
The Trust undertook a detailed study of the Corporate Induction e-Learning package between February and March 2007, to evaluate the effectiveness and the potential benefits of delivering induction training through the medium of e-learning.
Following the successful outcome of this pilot study, the Trust has now purchased the full package, becoming the 13th member of the NHS Wales project consortium.
The NHS Wales Corporate Induction e-Learning package is currently in the final stages of production, with content across a number of key topics currently being reviewed and signed off by the relevant All-Wales specialist committees. Once the sign off process has been completed the package will be rolled out to all of the current project partners.
