Treating Customers Fairly e-Learning

A leading UK financial services company has commissioned a new e-learning module to assist in embedding the Financial Services Authority’s Treating Customers Fairly regulatory principles within the organisation.
The fair treatment of customers is a key principal in the Financial Services Authority’s regulatory framework and financial services companies have to be able to demonstrate how this principal is embedded within the culture and working practices of their businesses.
Learning Industries has been working with a leading UK financial services company over the last 2 years to develop e-learning packages to deliver risk and compliance training to staff within the business. The existing packages have been in use for some time and have proved effective both in educational and economical terms. The use of e-learning and, in particular the Learning Industries e-Learning Administration System, has also provided strategic management information with which the company are able to demonstrate the effective delivery of the training. As such the company has been able to realise significant cost and efficiency benefits.
The new e-learning module, on Treating Customers Fairly, will complement the existing courses on Money Laundering, Data Protection and Whistle Blowing. The project will also deliver upgrades to the Administration System and to the courses already in place.
