The module describes the requirements, precautions and procedures for using rapid tranquillisation; the assessment and decision making process; the prescribing, administration and monitoring requirements, including common drugs, side effects and their treatment; and the documentation, debrief and review process.

The package can be used with the Learning Industries e-Learning Administration System to provide learner management, user tracking and recorded assessment or can be packaged for delivery in third-party SCORM-compliant Learning Management Systems.
