The Equality and Diversity e-Learning module covers all aspects of equality and diversity and the implementation of equal opportunities policies, legislation and human rights.

The module supports staff within NHS and other healthcare organisations in interpreting equality, diversity and human rights in accordance with appropriate legislation, policies and relevant standards; and enables them to identify and take action to overcome discrimination, and to promote diversity, equality of opportunity and a non-discriminatory culture.

The package can be used with the Learning Industries e-Learning Administration System to provide learner management, user tracking and recorded assessment or can be packaged for delivery in third-party SCORM-compliant Learning Management Systems.
