Clinical Risk Assessment e-learning
The module will be developed in collaboration and on behalf of 5 Boroughs Partnership Trust, to provide training to health care practitioners and other staff on the issues related to Clinical Risk Assessments.
It will introduce the concept of risk and harm, improve understanding of relevant policies and procedures and help users understand the process of clinical risk assessment from engagement to evaluation.
