Drug Safety e-Learning Supported by Pfizer Ireland
Medication incidents or errors are distressingly common and largely preventable. They have an enormous impact on all who are involved.
Supported by Pfizer Ireland, Learning Industries are working with Mater Misericordiae Univerity Hospital, Dublin to develop a new Drug Safety e-Learning module.
The module will aim to highlight high risk medications and identify common medication errrors. The content will promote tips and techniques for the safe use of medicines; thus helping to improve patient safety.

- Safe Use of Medicines
- Learning from Mistakes
