Updated Corporate Induction e-Learning

Learning Industries have been working with NHS Wales to update the Healthcare Corporate Induction e-Learning package.

The updated Corporate Induction e-Learning package comprises a suite of 23 modules for use within healthcare induction programmes. The modules have been designed to enable training managers to deliver core content more productively and thus use face-to-face contact time more productively and engagingly.

Working with subject leads from across Wales; the original Corporate Induction e-Learning package has been reviewed and updated to ensure that it remains in-line with current policy, legislation and best practice.

The revised All-Wales Corporate Induction is currently being rolled out across all NHS Wales Health Boards for delivery in both primary and secondary care.
